[미디어/재무회계] Finance Manager

A multinational media company is searching for a Finance Manager. The chosen applicant will oversee daily finance operations, accounting, tax compliance, reporting, audits, and financial close activities while supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all daily financial operational activities
• Perform daily accounting activities, including expenses, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash disbursement, inventory, and fixed assets
• Manage bank account and petty cash posting and reconciliation
• Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate, transparent, and complete accounting processes
• Fulfil local tax requirements, including timely filing and payment of corporate, business, consumption, withholding, and property taxes
• Prepare VAT, withholding, and property tax filings and ensure timely payments
• Issue sales tax invoices and reconcile purchase tax invoices
• Support budgeting and forecasting by providing accurate financial data and analysis
• Support and maintain the local accounting system and transition of financial operations from a local partner
• Assist in the preparation of annual statutory financial statements in accordance with regulations
• Coordinate and complete annual audits in collaboration with HQ
• Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and records through analysis and summarisation of account information
• Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance
• Support the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Analyse monthly financial results and explain key performance variances with clear insights

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of working experience in the accounting or finance field
• Proven experience as an accountant
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process
• In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Proficient in English

Preferred Requirements:

• Knowledge of Douzone
