[리테일/재무] Finance Manager

A global skincare company is searching for a Finance Manager. The selected applicant will be responsible for end-to-end financial management to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for General Ledger GL management, including reviewing and overseeing all AP, AR, and GL transactions generated by the team
• Prepare and manage group statutory reporting, in compliance with local and group requirements
• Establish, perform, and continuously improve internal control processes to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Implement, manage, and monitor month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing schedules, ensuring timely and accurate financial close
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external audits, coordinating audit processes, and addressing audit findings
• Prepare and file corporate income tax returns and VAT filings, in accordance with local tax regulations
• Provide tax compliance guidance, and develop, document, and maintain local financial processes and accounting policies
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, HR, Marketing, Sales, etc, to support financial operations and compliance teams, HR, Marketing, Sales, etc, to support financial operations and compliance

Requirements:

• More than 7 years of relevant experience in Finance (retail or consumer goods industry is ideal)
• Strong knowledge or hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft NAV or SAP
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel, including financial analysis and reporting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial controls
• Fluent level English
