[제조/회계] Accounting Manager

A global manufacturer is looking for an Accounting Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies
• Manage the preparation and presentation of timely and accurate financial statements
• Coordinate internal and external audits, providing required documentation and addressing audit findings
• Lead and guide the accounting team, supporting professional development and high performance
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, providing financial insights to support strategic planning
• Conduct financial analysis and interpret data to provide insights into financial performance and trends
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to align financial goals with business objectives
• Work with tax professionals to ensure timely and accurate completion of tax returns and tax compliance
• Assess financial risks and implement mitigation strategies to support financial stability
• Communicate financial information effectively to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Progressive experience in accounting roles
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Strong financial acumen, with in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting
  standards, and compliance
• Knowledge of Taxation, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting and Forecasting
• Ability and willingness to travel
