[호텔/재무] Finance Supervisor

A foreign hospitality company is looking for a Finance Supervisor. The chosen applicant will support financial system setup, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards to ensure accurate financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Support the system implementor and Finance Manager for setting up all related finance and accounting systems
• Assist in the preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting reports
• Prepare and manage general ledger entries and ensure precise data entry
• Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Review cash deposits and prepare cash receipt journal entries
• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions
• Prepare balance sheet and profit and loss statement, and financial statements
  reconciliation
• Report any fluctuations and variances
• Record and maintain the hotel's fixed asset and operating equipment register

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting, or related field
• More than 3 years of relevant working experience (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger)
• Experience in multi-property operation

Preferred requirements:

• Prior hotel experience
• Knowledge of hotel & accounting software (Sun System, Opera, HMS, Check SCM)
• Basic level English
