[제조/재무] Finance & Operations Manager

A global scientific instrumentation company is looking for a Finance & Operations Manager. The chosen applicant will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance to ensure sound business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPIs, to support management decisions
• Lead annual budget and mid-year forecasts, including expense projections
• Manage inventory forecasts and global purchasing to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with K-GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations while coordinating with internal and external auditors for timely tax filings
• Deliver accurate and timely consolidation reports to HQ and provide actionable financial insights to management
• Drive process efficiency and proactively identify and mitigate financial risks
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance Shared Services, Tax, Internal Audit) and departments to align financial strategies with business goals

Requirements:

• Associate degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Several years of relevant experience (B2B or similar industry is ideal)
• In-depth knowledge of K-GAAP and local financial regulations, practices, and procedures
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Ability to clearly present financial data to various stakeholders
• Proficient in Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• CPA or equivalent certification
• Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics)
• Potential CFO candidate
