[제조/재무] Mgr Ops Finance

A global electronics manufacturer is seeking a Manager of Operations Finance. The selected candidate will lead financial analysis, reporting, and process improvements, supporting the partnership between finance and non-finance teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support local finance to improve the weekly/monthly review process and enhance cross-functional collaboration
• Develop and improve financial analysis models, track financials, and analyse variances and profitability
• Support monthly closing and forecast reporting, and manage submission of financial packages to management
• Lead and manage standard cost development and maintenance in SAP and other costing systems
• Identify and implement cost reductions and working capital improvements
• Oversee internal audits, SOX compliance, and internal control system maintenance
• Provide financial support for business cases and lead finance-related process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields
• More than 10 years of experience in finance and accounting
• More than 5 years of team management experience
• Practical experience in manufacturing in the automotive industry is ideal
• Solid costing experience, SAP knowledge preferred
• Skilled in MS Office Suite, SAP, Hyperion, and data warehouse solutions
• Proficient in English
