[자동차/재무] Finance Manager

A global Tier 1 automotive supplier is searching for a Finance Manager. The chosen candidate will be accountable for finance control, providing plant managers with support, and reporting to corporate. This role is based in Gyeonggi-do.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the plant manager as a business partner and financial advisor
• Create the annual budget, the monthly forecast, and the monthly closing
• Handle, evaluate, and approve financial management reporting
• Oversee the development of analysis module for budget and forecast variance analysis
• Ensure accurate financial records in accordance with US GAAP and local GAAP
• Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliation review

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (accounting is advantageous)
• More than 10 years of finance experience
• Prior management experience
• Excellent finance knowledge and ERP skills
• Strong familiarity with local GAAP and US GAAP
• Background in Oracle is ideal
