[리테일/재무] FP&A Manager

An international fashion company is searching for an FP&A Manager. The chosen candidate will be in charge of overseeing sales performance reporting, budget and financial reporting, and other key financial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and compile weekly sales analysis in a timely manner
• Deliver monthly commercial analysis aligned with retail KPIs
• Cooperate on forecasting sales estimates for the half-year and year-end closing with the commercial team
• Prepare wholesale projections with the order book and monitor net sales by actual shipment with the wholesale team
• Prepare financial reporting package
• Conduct proactive analysis of monthly financial reports and monitor actual results against budget
• Collaborate with other departments to obtain and provide necessary information for budgets and forecasts
• Analyse departmental data for accuracy and reasonableness
• Identify risks and opportunities in year-to-go forecasts to support management decisions
• Manage reporting structures and cost centre or store information in alignment with group guidelines
• Prepare NOP (Capex, Investment Approval) for new openings and business development as needed
• Monitor and analyse inventory aging, personnel cost, sales incentives, D&A, IFRS16, and cash flow

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above with a relevant major (finance, accounting, business administration, or economics)
• More than 6 years of experience progressive finance experience, including FP&A function
• Experience in Budgeting, Business Analytics and Variance Analytics
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in Excel (Power BI is a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Native level Korean; fluent level written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• SAP, HFM, or Board experience
• Understanding of KGAAP and IFRS
