[의료기기/재무] FP&A Analyst

A foreign medical device company is looking for an FP&A Analyst. The selected applicant will provide financial insights, support business planning, and enable data-driven decision-making across sales, operations, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key financial partner in country business reviews and planning discussions
• Provide value-added financial analysis and advisory support to stakeholders across FP&A reports, including sales and financial reporting, MBR, OPEX, and headcount
• Anticipate business needs by delivering timely, actionable financial insights
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to analyse sales and COGS performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, including customer and product productivity, and recommend data-driven solutions
• Standardise and automate recurring analyses; perform complex analyses with minimal supervision
• Support the development of business scenarios and assess financial impact with a focus on return on investment
• Play a core role in FP&A processes, including quarterly sales and OPEX planning and annual budgeting
• Analyse performance trends across revenue, operating expenses, and key financial metrics, providing clear and insightful commentary
• Provide financial guidance on sales compensation and commission plans
• Investigate and explain significant variances to ensure data integrity and support achievement of quarterly targets
• Collaborate closely with the FP&A Hub to obtain relevant reports and provide feedback to enhance service quality and operational effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 12-15 years of FP&A experience
• More than 5 years of experience in a dedicated FP&A role (hands-on responsibility for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning)
• Hands-on experience with ERP and FP&A systems (SAP, SmartView, Power BI)
• Advanced level financial modelling and data analysis skills, combined with a solid understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Demonstrated ability to partner with, influence, and provide financial insights to senior stakeholders
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in multinational healthcare organisations
• Strong understanding of MedTech and pharmaceutical regulatory environments
