[리테일/재무] FP&A Manager

An FP&A Manager role is now open in an international beverage company. The selected applicant will be in charge of leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support management decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Create variance analysis reports and financial models
• Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
• Escalate financial issues and risks to management
• Set, monitor, and track key performance indicators and objectives
• Conduct market research and comparable company analysis
• Recommend strategies to improve financial performance
• Prepare and present detailed monthly financial reports to management
• Collaborate cross-functionally and with other finance team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in accounting or finance
• More than 8 years of progressive finance experience (with supervisory role)
• Experience with financial systems (Duzone or SAP)
• Advanced level MS Excel skills
• Excellent communication abilities across all levels of an organisation
• Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques

Preferred Requirements:

• CPA (AICPA/KICPA) or MBA
