[게임/재무회계] FP&A Senior Analyst (APAC)

A foreign video game company is searching for an FP&A Senior Analyst. The selected applicant will be in charge of providing financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across the organisation
• Participate in annual budgeting and quarterly/monthly forecasting, working with local functional teams to produce accurate estimates
• Manage routine business updates, including weekly revenue pacing, to monitor business performance
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify trends, and analyse causes of unexpected variances
• Develop and maintain operational metrics, financial dashboards, and reports for planning and monitoring, including monthly reporting decks for local, regional, and GTM teams
• Conduct financial impact analyses and prepare ad-hoc business cases to support decision-making
• Create presentations that provide insightful analysis, highlight action items, and frame decisions effectively
• Collaborate with global teams as part of the APAC FP&A team (Korea & Japan) to align regional metrics, goals, and business reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or other related areas or an MBA with a focus on finance
• 10-13 years of experience in finance business partnering or FP&A, working in a cross-functional team environment (multinational corporation is preferred)
• Proven track record in building and maintaining financial models and dashboards (BI tools are ideal)
• Advanced level MS Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and persuade non-technical stakeholders
• Professional accounting or finance qualification such as CPA, AICPA, ACCA or similar; more than 3 years of post-qualified experience
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with accounting systems such as Hyperion Essbase and Oracle
• Experience in revenue modelling or simulation
• Proficient in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker
• Knowledge of Korean or Japanese gaming markets
• Proficient in Japanese
