[연구/회계] Accounting Executive

A foreign professional services company is searching for an Accounting Executive. The selected applicant will support core finance operations by managing accounts payables, general accounting tasks, tax activities, and reconciliation processes. This is a temp role.

Responsibilities:

• Process suppliers’ invoices and corporate card transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Reconcile vendor statements of accounts when required
• Verify accuracy of data input by logistics and sales teams, ensuring no missing data or attachments
• Validate expense claims to ensure compliance with T&E policy
• Support Finance Manager initiatives to drive process improvements and automation
• Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
• Reconcile petty cash
• Support closing tasks for fixed assets, prepaid expenses, prepayments, and inventory
• Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules and ensure alignment with the trial balance
• Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing activities
• Conduct trainings for XXXXX staff on correct process workflows including PO approval and payment requests
• Perform sales reconciliation
• Handle VAT reconciliation and filing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or equivalent professional accounting qualification
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience
• Sound technical accounting knowledge
• Good knowledge MS Excel

Preferred requirements:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC
