[제조/재무] Business Controller

A foreign manufacturing company is searching for a Business Controller. The selected candidate will support finance, compliance, and cross-functional operations by overseeing accounting processes, employee administration, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support overall accounting areas, including GL, AR/AP, inventory, and treasury
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding, attendance tracking, and benefits administration, such as social insurance, pension, and housing fund
• Process expense reimbursements, vendor payments, and petty cash in alignment with corporate financial policies
• Coordinate regional travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and office supply inventory
• Maintain accurate employee records and financial documentation in compliance with local labour laws
• Prepare monthly HR and finance reports and support internal and external audits
• Stay updated on regulatory changes related to employment, taxation, and social security systems
• Act as a cultural bridge for implementing HQ initiatives in local contexts
• Support ad-hoc projects, including market research and CRM data maintenance
• Facilitate internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, management, or finance-related majors
• More than 8 years of experience in a multi-function finance role (administrative roles, and the automotive industry is preferred)
• Working knowledge of SAP/Oracle HRMS and Concur/SAP Ariba systems
• Experience with ERP or CRM systems
• Experience with digital collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack)
• Advanced level MS Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
• Proficient in English
