An exciting fashion apparel brand is looking to hire an Internal Control Manager. The person who enters this role will be responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s internal control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee internal control optimisation projects
- Support managers in the development of procedures that adhere to local legislation, best practices, and company regulations
- Handle internal and external audits
- Provide training, tools and best practice information to employees
- Discuss initiatives with local and regional internal control functions
- Monitor external developments
Requirements:
- Cross-functional project management and change management skills
- Familiarity with company tools
