A large financial company is searching for an Accounting Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the accounting team to carry out financial reporting and compliance activities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the general ledger, balance sheet reporting, reconciliations, financial statements, tax returns, and tax audits
- Manage payment processing to outside vendors
- Oversee the execution of financial controls, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and the Sarbanes-Oxley Act
- Provide accounting expertise and tax knowledge
Requirements:
- Accountant qualification
- 7+ years of auditing or accounting experience in a multi-group operation
- Financial statement preparation experience
- Understanding of Korea and US GAAP or IFRS
- Excellent proficiency in English
