[리테일/IT] IT Manager

A global luxury fashion organisation is looking for an IT Manager – Digital. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end delivery and operation of digital solutions, ensuring system stability, governance, and continuous optimisation aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery and operation of digital solutions, including project management and system stability
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive roadmap planning and implementation
• Ensure system performance and quality through release management, incident resolution, and risk control
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption
• Manage resources, budgets, and project risks in line with security and IT governance standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across digital platforms and services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in solution ownership, technical product management, or digital solution delivery in enterprise environments
• Proven experience delivering complex digital solutions and managing vendors or outsourced teams
• Strong understanding of system architecture, service operations, and incident management

Preferred requirements:

• Possess a valid PMP, Agile or Scrum, or ITIL certification
