[헬스케어/IT] APAC Salesforce & IT Operations Manager

A foreign biotech company is searching for an APAC Salesforce & IT Operations Manager. The selected candidate will drive Salesforce initiatives and IT operations to support commercial strategy and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Act as APAC lead for Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud, driving optimisation initiatives to support commercial strategy
• Develop understanding of APAC business processes and identify opportunities to enhance productivity, visibility, and customer engagement
• Lead cross-functional Salesforce projects from requirements to rollout and hypercare
• Manage backlog, prioritise enhancements, and coordinate sprints aligned to business priorities
• Serve as the APAC escalation point for Salesforce-related needs
• Lead onshore and offshore Salesforce analysts, admins, and architects, providing direction and supporting team capability development
• Gather and document requirements, translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflow designs
• Collaborate with application teams to ensure end-to-end process integration
• Facilitate UAT, coordinate release evaluations, and drive rollout communication
• Develop and deliver training materials for APAC teams
• Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and recommend adoption to advance commercial execution
• Ensure enhancements align with corporate governance and global architecture
• Serve as primary escalation contact for IT operations in APAC, coordinating with Corporate IT
• Enforce global IT standards and adherence to change management processes
• Own resolution of regional IT operational crises by engaging global service owners and local partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• More than 5 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Product Owner in a global environment
• More than 3 years of Salesforce configuration/implementation experience
• Strong technical mastery of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
• Advanced business analysis and problem-solving capability
• Ability to lead cross-functional virtual teams
• Cultural awareness and collaboration across APAC markets
• Understanding of enterprise IT operations, standards, and governance (secondary)

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience collaborating with IT infrastructure, digital, and security teams
• Salesforce Administrator certification
