[IT/엔지니어] Principal Engineer

A Principal Engineer role is now open in a global data management company. The chosen applicant will provide technical leadership and mentorship, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of large-scale, complex systems across multiple teams and projects

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Identify and drive the adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and system design
• Participate in high-level technical decision-making processes and contribute to the company's technical strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• More than 7 years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record of technical leadership on complex projects
• Deep expertise in software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure
• Strong computer science background with a deep understanding of algorithms, data
  structures, and software design principles
• Strong programming skills in one or more modern programming languages (Go,
  Java, Python, C++, Rust)
• Experience with both RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases
  (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
