[리테일/IT] Head of IT

A Head of IT position is now available at a multinational retail apparel and fashion firm. The selected applicant will be responsible for facilitating IT initiatives to drive the company wide digital transformation. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to execute IT solutions in accordance with business requirements
• Support the implementation and improvement of IT-related projects, such as ERP, CRM, etc.
• Recognise potential project and technical risks and provide guidance
• Oversee IT vendors, application systems, services, and billing administration
• Manage network infrastructure operations
• Set and handle IT budget and asset management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, information technology
• More than 15 years of related experience
• Prior experience in ERP and financial solutions (Sewon, Duzon iCube, etc.) or eCommerce and digital solutions (Shopify, Kakao, etc.) is preferred
• Background in the retail sector is advantageous
• Possess valid IT professional or technical qualifications (CCNA, PMP, ITIL, etc.) is a plus
• Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
