[IT/PM] Product Manager

A Product Manager role is now open in an AI technology company. The chosen candidate will be in charge of defining product strategy, translating insights into actionable plans, and delivering high-impact features.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product roadmaps and backlogs based on core metric priorities
• Translate business and user insights into clear hypotheses, success metrics, and actionable plans
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data, including usage logs, behavioural data, and interviews, to define opportunities
• Connect analytical insights to product decisions and performance improvements
• Draft PRDs, user stories, and product requirements with clear rationale and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery
• Conduct competitive, user, and market research to validate hypotheses and uncover unmet needs
• Partner with research and medical experts to identify high-value problems and test product-market fit

Requirements:

• More than 2 years as a PM or PO leading end-to-end product lifecycle
• Strong sense of ownership with the ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes
• Skilled at uncovering the real user problem hidden within complex requirements
• Frames testable hypotheses and leads validation through data and user insight
• Operates with urgency and precision in fast-paced environments
• Balances short-term delivery with long-term product vision to drive lasting value
