A Technical Program Lead position is available at a global pharmaceutical company. The qualified applicant will be in charge of overseeing the effective fulfillment of quality projects globally. This position is based in Gyeonggi-do.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth of thin film products in the local market
- Manage strong relationships with clients and key partners
- Develop and implement quality initiatives
- Perform risk assessment of new products and initiate improvement
- Conduct technical diagnostics and mitigation of problems
- Create automated visualisations and data dashboards to change status and KPI
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in science, engineering, statistics, or a relevant technical discipline
- More than 5 years of experience in semiconductor (customer relations is ideal)
- Experience with problem-solving and investigation procedures, statistical analysis, data automation, and data visualisation
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of ISO, IATA management quality standards\
- Business level verbal and written English
