[인증/엔지니어] Senior IT Support Engineer

An international industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer. The successful candidate will be accountable for leading a team and handling local IT resources. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support
• Utilise MDM to deliver assistance and configuration
• Conduct fault diagnostics and drive performance enhancements
• Participate in incidents, issues, and change management
• Serve as an escalation point for key teams
• Ensure maintenance of PC and servers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related major
• More than 5 years of operations experience in the desktop support area
• Prior leadership experience for small teams
• Background in MS Office suite
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid Microsoft certification or equivalent
