[의료기기/IT] IT Specialist

An IT Specialist position is now available at an international medical device manufacturing company. The chosen applicant will handle the installation and configuration of medical device related software and clinical applications.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer network problems are resolved
• Attend compulsory technical training sessions
• Handle relevant client issues
• Maintain knowledge of corporate IT solutions
• Foster relationships with customers
• Manage the office computer network and server

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
• 2+ years of experience in computer technical service
• Experience in server and workstation maintenance in both hardware and software
• Functional understanding on networking such as wiring, HUB, firewall solutions, etc.
• Familiar with Oracle relational databases and SQL queries
• Working knowledge of Windows
• Korean and English proficiency
