An IT Specialist position is now available at an international medical device manufacturing company. The chosen applicant will handle the installation and configuration of medical device related software and clinical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer network problems are resolved
- Attend compulsory technical training sessions
- Handle relevant client issues
- Maintain knowledge of corporate IT solutions
- Foster relationships with customers
- Manage the office computer network and server
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering
- 2+ years of experience in computer technical service
- Experience in server and workstation maintenance in both hardware and software
- Functional understanding on networking such as wiring, HUB, firewall solutions, etc.
- Familiar with Oracle relational databases and SQL queries
- Working knowledge of Windows
- Korean and English proficiency
