[리테일/기술지원] Marketplace & Corporate Systems Support Lead

A worldwide leader within the sports apparel sector needs a Marketplace & Corporate Systems Support Lead. The chosen applicant will oversee local technology platforms, solutions, applications, and digital services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily support activities on local commerce, retail, and corporate systems
• Prioritise and ensure support incidents are resolved
• Provide on-site assistance when needed
• Establish relevant real time monitoring solutions for the company’s website
• Share project and operational progress during meetings
• Foster relationships with L1, L2 global and local service desks including frontline support and application operation centres

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information systems, business, IT engineering, or a similar domain
• 7+ years of significant technical experience
• Background in eCommerce or retail technology support as well as production monitoring or alerting tools
• Previous ITSM experience
• Proven success in managing technical support teams
• Knowledgeable of Jira, Confluence, or ServiceNow
• Written and spoken Korean and English proficiency
