[IT/엔지니어] Lead SRE

An international data management company is searching for a Lead SRE. The chosen applicant will be responsible for ensuring a stable and scalable public cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Drive developers' requirements for resources, capacity, configuration, security, deployment, and monitoring
• Develop project plans with senior management and drive tasks accordingly.
• Maintain escalation policies, incident communication, and support between multiple geographically dispersed virtual NOCs
• Survey and evaluate available technology options to improve processes, tooling, and monitoring
• Collaborate with QA to build comprehensive coverage for software releases
• Build and maintain demonstration/Proof of Concept environments in collaboration with Sales
• Interface with Customer Success to provide scope and detail for incident reports and maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science
• Experience managing projects and delivering results
• Extensive experience with cloud systems architecture, monitoring frameworks, and cloud network architecture
• Experience using source control tools such as Git
• Prior scripting (Python, Bash) experience
• Experience with continuous integration platforms such as Jenkins
• Experience with configuration management and orchestration tools such as Terraform

• Preferred:
• Experience documenting policies and detailed procedures for an ISMS (ISO/IEC
  27001)
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
• Familiarity with ISO27001 Annex A controls as they apply to cloud-hosted
  SaaS/PaaS/IaaS operations
• Familiarity with ISO27701 privacy controls, GDPR, and CCPA requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel
