An international consumer goods company is searching for an IT Specialist. The qualified candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting, implementing, testing, and administering systems and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and support software, hardware, printers, and phones for workstations
• Analyse staff needs, identify vulnerabilities, and improve efficiency and accuracy
• Implement software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues
• Train employees on software and hardware use
• Support D365 ERP project implementation
• Maintain essential IT infrastructure
• Manage IT budgeting and reporting
• Collaborate with the headquarters IT team
• Maintain and manage database encryption

Requirements:

• More than 6 years of experience in IT management or IT operations
• Extensive knowledge of operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring tools
• Strong ability to simplify complex technological processes and provide clear, step-by-step instructions
• Expertise in implementing, configuring, and testing IT solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in English
