[화학/IT] IT Specialist

An IT Specialist role is now available at a multinational specialty chemicals company. The selected applicant will be responsible for manage the firm’s IT infrastructure. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee contracted IT operations and services
• Deliver 2^nd level support to end-users
• Handle issue escalation processes
• Aid in deploying globally standardised IT infrastructure and applications
• Drive the success of local and global IT projects and changes
• Handle IT hardware and software assets

Requirements:

• Functional understanding of hardware, networking, or computer support services
• Skilled in programming and SQL (Delphi or Oracle is ideal)
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Working knowledge of MS Power Platform is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Fluent level English
