[제조/애널리스트] EIS Business Analyst

A global manufacturer is seeking an EIS Business Analyst. The selected applicant will support enterprise information systems by analysing business requirements, implementing system solutions, and providing application support to ensure effective business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and track work within the assigned area of responsibility
• Understand business requirements and analyse relevant processes within the assigned area of responsibility
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and productivity
• Work closely with the business to understand application requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements aligned with Enterprise Information Systems standards and best practices
• Configure systems as agreed with the business and other stakeholders
• Monitor system activities, interfaces, and batch jobs to ensure appropriate system usage
• Document system functionality, create application manuals, and develop training materials
• Organise and conduct user training in cooperation with key users and other relevant stakeholders
• Provide application support to users and key users by following Service Desk processes and using the ticketing system
• Assist the IT Manager in organising work, evaluating solution designs, managing change, and coordinating day-to-day activities with other business analysts
• Work closely with ERP Competence Centers, project teams, and the IT Project Management Office to coordinate and support technical implementations
• Serve as the first point of contact for application and technical support vendors by reporting, tracking, and coordinating daily issues to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor vendor Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance and generate regular reports
• Assist in testing and deploying system patches and update packages provided by vendors
• Assist in handling administrative and financial processes related to vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of Application Business Process Analysis background with consolidated experience in the business analyst role
• Hands-on experience on ERP system (MateMES/DUOZONE is a plus)
• Proven process application knowledge background (pertinent to the area of responsibility)
• Understanding of industrial or manufacturing business processes, mainly in the area of pertinence
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Ability to identify pain points/weaknesses and to propose amendments to existing application processes
• Fluent level English
