[리조트/데이터분석] Director of Data Strategy and Analytics

A renowned leisure destination is searching for a Director of Data Strategy and Analytics. The chosen applicant will develop insightful conclusions and commentary for management, prepare detailed reports, and manage database performance.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and evolve the Campaign Management system through the ongoing delivery of workflow for highly segmented campaigns
• Develop pro-forma and post-forma analysis for each campaign
• Mentor the team for data gathering, research, and analytical abilities to develop insightful conclusions and commentary to management
• Prepare reports, data dashboards, detailed drill-down functionality, graphs and visualisations using business analytics reporting tools to interpret trends for decision making
• Ensure automation within the reports and implement such reports to the business units by managing workspace permissions
• Establish and maintain best practices for data management and data flows, ensuring data is mapped correctly to the respective database or data warehouse

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, data science, business, or other related fields is preferred
• More than 12 years of experience in Database Management or Data Analytics
• More than 3 years of experience at a senior level
• Proven hands-on experience in developing and managing complex data models, databases, data flow management and campaign management
• Proven knowledge of Database (SQL), programming and statistical packages (R, Excel), ETL processes & business analysis
• Skilled in Campaign Management tools such as Adobe, Sugar, or other relevant systems
• Knowledge of Casino and Hospitality Analytics is a huge plus
• Experience in the Hospitality industry is advantageous
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Proficient in English and Korean
