[IT/ 엔지니어] Engineering Director

An Engineering Director position is open at an international software development company. The chosen individual will be offering technical content and counseling in important business decisions. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with key teams to oversee the execution of business plans
• Enhance engineering facilities and resources to improve product quality
• Present technical details and the product's goal to key stakeholders
• Provide technical expertise to engineers
• Coordinate and support engineers’ knowledge of initiatives, objectives, and updates
• Develop and key teams in various time zones

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, engineering, or a similar field
• More than 10 years of experience in technical fields (IT engineering and software development)
• Leadership background in managing more than 10 engineers
• Knowledge of backend development
• Familiarity with technology trends (web application and cloud service)
• Fluent level spoken and written English and Korean
