[소프트웨어/엔지니어] Software Engineer

A Software Engineer role is now open in a foreign automotive software company. The chosen applicant will be in charge of providing support to Korean customers with technical inquiries related to sold products.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries regarding Classic AUTOSAR and Ethernet products
• Analyse customer requests and resolve them through manuals, specifications, debugging, and source code analysis
• Utilise tools such as Lauterbach Trace32 and CANoe for technical support
• Coordinate with internal expert engineers when additional assistance is needed
• Create and present demo projects for Korean customers
• Communicate and visit customers to efficiently address technical inquiries
• Prepare and deliver technical training for Korean customers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of AUTOSAR BSW modules and specifications
• Revise and improve training materials based on customer feedback
• Participate in meetings and conference calls to discuss detailed technical topics with customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronics or similar (Computer/System Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred)
• 5-8 years of working experience in a technical area (Classic AUTOSAR, and automotive embedded SW, including OS)
• Strong programming language knowledge (especially C)
• Technical background for CAN/LIN protocol and Ethernet
• Understanding of UDS (ISO 14229), including AUTOSAR diagnostic modules (DCM, DEM)
• Knowledge of various tools and development environments (Lauterbach Trace32, CANoe, SVN, GIT, and EB products such as EB tresos studio)
• Security knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+, OPIC IH+, TOEIC Speaking IH+)
