[소프트웨어/기술영업] Customer Program Manager

A foreign automotive software company is looking for a Customer Program Manager. The chosen candidate will serve as the main communication interface for projects between the company and its customers.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely delivery of contracted work packages with profitable execution
• Lead technical support to customer requests and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Conduct financial (Budget/Revenue) planning and tracking
• Regularly report project and budget/revenue status to managers
• Participate in strategic customer development planning with sales teams
• Foster synergies between projects in the same region or for the same customer
• Build long-term, reliable, sustainable relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, electronics, or related
• More than 7 years of experience in the management of technical projects
• Prior software project management experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to define structured reporting, including the definition of technical and non-technical KPIs
• Good understanding of Automotive industry standards or processes (ASPICE, ISO26262 is preferred
• Knowledge of state-of-art automotive SW trends (Autosar, HPC, cyber security, Automotive ethernet is preferred)
• Ability and willingness to travel locally or internationally
• Fluent level English or Korean
