[자동차/보증관리] Warranty Manager

An international commercial vehicles company is searching for a Warranty Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty team and business with team members. This role is based in Gyeonggi-do.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee warranty policy and claims from service partners
• Conduct monthly claims analysis and reporting
• Audit warranty claims from service partners
• Manage goodwill cases with HQ for out-of-warranty situations
• Examine failure parts of warranty claims
• Coordinate recall and service campaigns implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or automotive engineering
• More than 10 years of heavy truck or passenger vehicle service area
• Knowledge of passenger & commercial vehicle configuration
• Technical understanding of both electric and mechanics
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Proficient in verbal and written English
