A Technical Trainer position is now available at an international IT services organisation. The selected applicant will be responsible for providing in-person and online learning to support business needs. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Utilise associated software to develop high-quality assets
- Create a governance process for resources and access for global teams
- Set monthly KPIs for delivery quality metrics
- Evaluate satisfaction survey to receive and address client feedback
- Ensure updated and accurate personal area for activity
- Support internal business communication of new assets
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of practical experience in the automotive sector
- Experience in after-sales automobile repair and maintenance
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Business level English
