[제조/인사] HR Business Partner
A foreign manufacturing company is seeking an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting key HR functions, including payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer monthly payroll, Social Security benefits enrolment, and other personnel services in coordination with the payroll vendor
- Provide analysis of compensation costs, HR scorecards, and various HR reports to management in response to information requests as appropriate
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including requisition, posting, CV screening, interviews, offer process, and onboarding
- Develop sourcing strategies based on the needs of different talent levels and identify appropriate recruitment channels such as internal postings and employee referrals
- Organise sufficient and relevant training programs for all employees, including orientation for new hires
- Plan and monitor headcount management, including promotions, equity, and other workforce changes
- Manage HR-related budgeting in collaboration with Finance and AP HR, providing regular updates as needed
- Provide employee counselling, manage disciplinary processes, and respond to legal and labour issues in coordination with the legal team and/or external labour attorneys
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures in compliance with local law requirements
- Implement the performance management process and facilitate performance reviews
- Maintain and update the HRIS database
- Generate and submit regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, open positions, and other required metrics for regional or global HR
- Serve as the local liaison for Asia-Pacific and global HR projects
- Support implementation of initiatives, policy localisation, and compliance with project milestones
- Organise and support internal HR events and handle general administrative tasks related to HR functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Familiarity with local Employment Law and related regulations
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in written and verbal English
