[리테일/인사] HRBP
An international consumer goods company is searching for an HRBP. The chosen candidate will provide HR guidance, manage employee relations, support HR operations, and ensure compliance for retail and corporate teams.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as HR point of contact for managers and employees on policies, performance management, development, and general HR matters
- Support workforce planning, staffing decisions, and organisational changes
- Partner with store managers to address day-to-day HR and operational needs
- Manage employee relations cases, including complaints, conflicts, disciplinary matters, and store-level labour issues
- Handle Labour Office inquiries and simple investigations with proper documentation
- Identify potential ER risks and propose solutions proactively
- Operate and manage HR processes through Workday, including data updates, workflow approvals, and reporting
- Participate in global Workday implementation and training sessions and provide “Train-the-Trainer” support
- Validate monthly payroll data and support annual salary review, merit increases, and performance bonus accrual
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including flexible benefits, insurance, and medical check-ups
- Manage employment documents, contracts, transfers, and leave data in HRIS
- Support recruitment and onboarding for retail and corporate roles, reviewing candidate profiles and participating in interviews when needed
- Ensure smooth onboarding and proper completion of new hire documentation, including HR orientation
- Ensure HR processes comply with corporate guidelines and local labour law
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready HR documentation and prepare monthly HR reports
- Communicate HR policy updates effectively to store employees and managers
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of HR experience (generalist and retail HR scope is preferred)
- Hands-on Workday experience: implementation, transition, or daily operation
- Practical exposure to employee relations, including handling labour issues or labour office interaction
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong HRIS capability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Native level Korean: business level English
Preferred requirements:
- Experience in fashion, luxury, beauty, F&B, or other B2C retail environments
- Prior experience supporting multiple store operations
- Ability to manage fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous HR situations
