[의료기기/인사] HRBP

An HRBP position is now available at an international medical device company. The selected applicant will be responsible for overseeing employee-related operations and various HR initiatives. This role is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in strategy development and planning
• Ensure compliance and implementation of HR principles
• Support the leadership team of the business unit through mentorship
• Encourage and manage employee engagement
• Facilitate the creation and administration of efficient staffing procedures
• Ensure competitive total remuneration structures by handling compensation and benefit programs

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 12 years of HR experience in an international firm (healthcare domain is ideal)
• More than 8 years of experience in HR
• Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
