An international advertising company is searching for a Senior Business Partner. The selected applicant will provide strategic communications between the business and the HR department. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure open and direct communication to deliver the best business solution
• Provide advice to employees about policies and processes
• Coordinate with people technology tools that help automate operational tasks
• Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for local employees
• Oversee various regional people team initiatives for the local area
• Execute performance management and competence development process

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• More than 10 years of experience in an HR business partner position
• Experience in organisational development projects
• Knowledge of different HR areas
• Familiar with various local labour laws and employer standards
• Proficient in written and verbal English
