An international fashion company is searching for an HR Business Partner. The chosen applicant will be responsible for handling duties related to recruitment, development, and performance management. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Improve talent pool through ulitisation of different sourcing platforms
• Address workplace issues
• Perform and monitor regular performance review
• Set budget and conduct necessary revisions
• Serve as the go-to person for matters related to employment and daily responsibilities
• Determine potential risks associated with labour issues by doing monthly store visits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resource management or psychology is preferred
• More than 7 years of experience in an HR function or generalist for mutinational companies
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people
