An HR Business Partner position is now available at an international fashion organisation. The selected candidate will be in charge of recruitment, development, and performance management initiatives. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Utilise various sourcing platforms to increase the talent pool
• Build trust with staff and provide aid to resolve workplace issues
• Execute and track regular performance review
• Create the budget and make any necessary revisions
• Serve as the go-to person for matters related to employment and daily work
• Conduct monthly store visits to identify any potential risks associated with labour issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resource management or psychology is ideal
• More than 7 years of experience in an HR function or generalist for international firms
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people
