An international advertising company is searching for a Senior Business Partner. The selected applicant will provide strategic communications between the business and the HR department. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure open and direct communication to deliver the best business solution
- Provide advice to employees about policies and processes
- Coordinate with people technology tools that help automate operational tasks
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding processes for local employees
- Oversee various regional people team initiatives for the local area
- Execute performance management and competence development process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience in an HR business partner position
- Experience in organisational development projects
- Knowledge of different HR areas
- Familiar with various local labour laws and employer standards
- Proficient in written and verbal English
