An HRBP position is available at an international luxury fashion company. The successful applicant will be overseeing the development and implementation of the overall human resource cycles. This position is based in Seoul.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the smooth delivery of the HR cycle
- Oversee hiring plan and forecasting of positions
- Participate in developing HR strategies
- Establish projects by coordinating with the key head
- Manage the delivery of HR strategies
- Handle various employee concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 7-10 years of HR experience
- Experience in talent management and development, HR and HC management, employee relations, and OD or HR strategy
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Prior HRBP experience in a major international or local company is ideal
- Proficient in spoken and written English
