An international pharmaceutical organisation is searching for an HR Business Partner. The chosen applicant will demonstrate expertise in HR operating principles and rules to drive successful risk mitigation.
Responsibilities:
- Gain knowledge of existing and future business needs
- Provide mentorship to leaders to manage a sustainable and diverse talent pipeline
- Handle escalation management and foster a positive work environment
- Oversee employee engagement activities
- Utilise internal and external data to facilitate business case development
- Drive compensation plans to effectively recruit and retain a productive workforce
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, business, or a similar discipline
- Extensive HRBP experience
- 10+ years of experience working as an HR generalist is ideal
- Expertise in recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and counselling senior leaders
- Skilled in project management
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities
