Responsibilities:

• Support the development of HRBP colleagues
• Act as a strategic partner for HQ teams to align global and regional people programs
• Gain knowledge of changing business needs and market trends
• Develop industry relationships and networks
• Drive change management success with regional HR leaders
• Maintain the firm’s adherence to local laws regarding people concerns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in hr, business, or a similar discipline
• 10+ years of HR management experience
• 4+ years of experience in an HR leadership role
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and compensation
• Proven success in developing high performing HRBPs
• Background in tech, gaming, entertainment, or creative businesses
