An international provider of construction products is searching for an HR Business Partner. The selected candidate will assist business leaders in developing and executing various HR initiatives to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Foster sustainable relationships with the business leader and global stakeholders
- Assist with system deployment activities
- Maintain adherence to employment and international mobility standards
- Manage the employee engagement life cycle
- Mentor business leaders in improving team performance and talent development
- Support the fulfilment of talent acquisition requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or a similar domain
- 10+ years of experience in HR general domains
- 3+ HRB experience in a global matrix environment is ideal
- Demonstrable experience in driving HR topics along with employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, or talent acquisition
- Skilled in data analysis using Workday
- Korean and English proficiency
