Multilingual Recruiter (English, Korean, Japanese) – RPO Role
AWe are seeking an experienced Multilingual Recruiter to join our team in Seoul. This is an RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) role where you will partner with a well-known multinational client to support their end-to-end hiring needs across Korea and Japan. Whether you're currently in an agency and looking to transition into an in-house or RPO environment, or already have RPO experience, this could be your next big career move!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for roles in Korea and Japan.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines by leveraging various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and networking events.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to improve hiring outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Korean, and Japanese is essential.
- Experience: 2–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in an RPO or agency setting. Experience recruiting for roles in Korea and Japan is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and offer negotiations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus.
