[반도체/인사] Talent Acquisition Partner (6 months)
A semiconductor equipment manufacturer is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner. The chosen candidate will drive strategic sourcing initiatives, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver market insights to support hiring needs across multiple regions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with high-potential candidates in the Metrology industry, focusing on roles in Sales, RPM, and Technical Sales
- Establish and maintain a robust talent pool to support current and future hiring needs in Korea, Taiwan, China, Japan, and Singapore
- Continuously map the external talent landscape, including competitor analysis and local market insights, to inform sourcing strategies
- Partner closely with regional business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and role specifications
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and professional engagement
- Represent the company positively in external interactions, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and local networks to enhance visibility among target talent
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- More than 7 years of recruitment experience (semiconductor, high-tech, or capital equipment industry is preferred)
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-country recruitment (Korea and Taiwan are strongly preferred)
- Strong knowledge of talent markets in Korea and Taiwan, with deep sourcing expertise in niche technical roles
- Experience working in a global matrix environment and reporting directly to HQ
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Korean and/or Mandarin).
- Proficient in English, Korean, and/or Mandarin
