An international information services company is searching for a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition. The selected candidate will be in charge of developing and implementing effective full lifecycle hiring procedures.
Collaborate with recruiting leadership to support new initiatives
Work with key stakeholders to identify strengths and limitations within the recruiting focus area
Support business participation in recruitment activities
Perform initial interviews to assess the candidate's viability and provide assistance for advancement
Drive new partnerships with campuses or student organisations
Engage in onsite and offsite events to attract high-quality talent
Address and escalate team issues
Bachelor’s degree or above
More than 3 years of experience in recruitment or corporate talent function (campus recruitment is a plus)
Fluent level Korean and English (other Asian languages is advantageous)
