[리테일/인사] Talent Manager

A multinational apparel organisation is looking to fill a Talent Manager position. The selected applicant will be responsible for the improvement of talent acquisition management functions. This position is based in Seoul.

Responsibilities:

• Advise executives and HRBP on recruitment trends and opportunities
• Oversee employer branding, recruitment, and assessment tools
• Implement associate development best practices and projects
• Support associate growth through L&D initiatives aligned with business needs
• Improve staff orientation and onboarding processes to boost engagement and retention
• Create a Retail Curriculum in coordination with regional and local retail teams

Requirements:

• More than 12 years of experience in training and development
• Expertise in the retail market
• Deep understanding of the fashion industry and global brand
• Experience in the retail and consumer industry is preferred
• Prior multicultural company experience is a plus
• Possess valid certifications in various talent programs and organisational assessment tools is ideal (DDI training, coaching certification, and executive assessments)
• Fluent level written and verbal English
